• Usage data: focus session history, XP and level progress, streak data, World preferences, and in app interactions.
• Bond data: relationship entries, memory logs, and reminders you choose to create.

• Optional communications: messages you send to Luno AI and support enquiries.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve LuneX features.
• To personalise your experience, including Luno AI responses and World recommendations.
• To sync Focus Circles and progress across devices.
• To send service related notices and optional product updates.
• To detect, prevent, and address technical issues or abuse.

4. AI Companion (Luno)

Interactions with Luno may be processed to generate contextual advice based on your goals and activity within LuneX. We do not sell conversation data. Processing is used solely to deliver the companion experience and improve response quality within the product.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited information with trusted service providers who assist in operating LuneX (for example hosting, analytics, or crash reporting), under confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of JN Horizon Ltd and our users.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide LuneX. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support@jnhorizon.com. Some anonymised analytics may be retained for product improvement.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

LuneX is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
